How long does it typically take for your products to be despatched?
Usually within 48 hours of processing your order. Some sofas are made to order in approx 12-16 weeks.
Are All Your products Actually Held In Stock?
Some products listed in our shop are held in stock. We ship our products directly from our stock so you can be assured of speedy delivery. Sofas are typically made to order in 12-16 weeks. All products state in the descriptions whether they are in stock or made to order
Can I Change My Billing Or Shipping Information?
Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship it to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.
Yes. Once we have received an order and payment has been cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email.
Do I need to open an account to shop on your Website?
No, you don’t need to open an account to place an order on our Website. Simply checkout as a guest and provide the necessary details for us to process and deliver your order.
Is it safe to use my banking and card details on your Website?
Yes, shopping on our Website is completely safe. We use leading payment gateway providers that are Verisign Secured and PCI Compliant. At no point during the payment process do we handle your banking and card details, or store your banking and card details after the order is placed.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please contact our customer service team if you do not receive this email.
*If you’ve just received a shipment notification, please allow 1 to 2 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the courier’s system.
